True! It is possible to overcome disadvantaged starting conditions with sufficient effort. Any otter who tries hard enough can achieve their dreams! Though I wonder the NFL would think about an otter player. As much as I wish it would be an air bud situation I'm sure they wouldn't be cool with it. A local team probably would be though, who wouldn't want an otter teammate?
