Is this Otter Fashion?
Otters are silly and fun, and playing with leaves can be silly and fun! It feels very on brand for otters to me.
I'm also sure otters recognize that stuff on heads makes everything better, leaves included.

When there are leaves on the water and an otter comes up out of it, one of them may end up on his face.
Perhaps the leaves also enjoy it.
damn, these otters all look very nice with these leaves. The elegent look is only improved by the effortless sense of style. That and their long, lithe bodies make our streams, rivers and oceans into a regular fashion show!
